U-11 KRUSH ACADEMY (BLUE) TEAM HISTORY
The U-11 Krush Academy Blue started their Fall 2007 season on Sep 15th with a nicely played game. They passed the ball very well and maintained good shape throughout the game utilizing the entire width of the field. It was a great accomplishment for this new team and this was the first time many of the players played in an 8 v 8 format.
The Krush were led by Chrissy P with a hat track, along with goals by Evelyn N and Kaitlin M, and some solid goal-keeping play by Alison B, Arielle P, and Savannah C. Two of the Krush goals were setup by excellent ball movement which included multiple passes as part of the build-up. The Krush earned the victory with a score of 5-1.
The Krush Academy Blue have been practicing hard throughout much of the summer. Controlling, passing, and moving have been a focus of their summer training sessions and it was nice to see much of the hard work pay off in their first game. However, they have a tremendous amount of development work ahead of them. Each player has a great attitude and a willingness to learn. The Krush Academy staff looks forward to their continued training in a positive and fun environment.
